General Guidelines

  • Participants must report to the venue on or before 9:30 AM.
  • Bringing personal headphones/earphones is mandatory.
  • Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the event.
  • Carry a valid ID card and registration confirmation.
  • Follow the seating arrangement and instructions provided by the organizers.
  • Maintain silence while audio clips are being played.
  • Respect fellow participants, judges, and event coordinators.
  • Mobile phones or electronic devices must not be used during the competition.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.
