General Guidelines

  • Participants must report to the venue on or before 9:30 AM.
  • Report to the venue at least 30 minutes before the scheduled round.
  • Carry a valid ID card and registration confirmation.
  • Maintain silence inside the playing area.
  • Respect opponents, arbiters, and organizers.
  • Electronic devices must remain switched off during play.
  • Report promptly for all scheduled rounds.
  • Registration fees are non-refundable.

Rules & Regulations

  • The competition will follow standard chess tournament rules unless otherwise specified.
  • Participants must play only at their assigned boards.
  • Illegal moves will be dealt with according to tournament regulations.
  • Any disturbance or unfair conduct may result in disqualification.
  • The arbiter's decision shall be final.
  • The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule if required.
